NICHE Partnerships evaluates law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law. Requests for user information should be supported by appropriate and valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other legally recognized request, as applicable.
NICHE Partnerships may reject, narrow, or request clarification regarding requests that are overly broad, incomplete, legally insufficient, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law.
Authorized law enforcement requests should be sent to:

Subject line:
LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUEST
Requests should be submitted from an official government or law enforcement email address whenever possible.
If law enforcement believes there is an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, the request should clearly state that it is an EMERGENCY LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUEST and explain the nature of the emergency, the specific information requested, and how the requested information relates to the emergency.
Emergency requests are prioritized for expedited review. Submission of an emergency request does not guarantee disclosure. NICHE Partnerships will evaluate the request in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances presented.
NICHE Partnerships may honor valid requests to preserve specified account information for a limited period when permitted by applicable law. Preservation requests should clearly identify the relevant account or user and describe the information to be preserved.
Unless prohibited by law, court order, or circumstances involving safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or another lawful exception, NICHE Partnerships may provide notice to an affected user before or after responding to a legal request.
The types of information NICHE Partnerships may possess vary depending on the member’s use of the platform and applicable retention practices. NICHE Partnerships does not guarantee that any particular type of information exists or is available.
NICHE Partnerships seeks to protect member privacy while complying with valid legal obligations. Where appropriate, NICHE Partnerships may interpret requests narrowly and disclose only information reasonably responsive to valid legal process.
Requests from law enforcement authorities outside the United States may require use of applicable international legal procedures, treaties, mutual legal assistance processes, or other legally recognized mechanisms.
NICHE Partnerships reserves the right to verify the identity, authority, jurisdiction, and authenticity of any requesting agency, official, or legal process before responding.
These guidelines are provided for informational purposes only and do not waive any legal rights, objections, protections, defenses, or remedies available to NICHE Partnerships or its members.
NICHE Partnerships may update these Law Enforcement Guidelines as laws, regulations, platform operations, or safety practices change.
